The Lovers‘ Lair is a high-end adult themed getaway thoughtfully designed in a renovated 2200 square foot home with several fantasy and sensual themed experiences. Thanks in part to the worldwide popularity of the spicy novel genre, #booktok, and the ever-growing demand of experimental bondage by everyday couples, our mission is to provide a clean, safe, and private rental experience for our guests. The Lovers' Lair is located within minutes of McMinnville, TN, and around 90 minutes to Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga, TN. We’ve designed this home to allow you and your partner to explore your fantasies and desires, get away from the real world and recharge for a night, or to reconnect with your soulmate.

We have a spicy collection of themed experiences to choose from, a well-equipped BDSM Kink Room, fully-functional Strip Club including both a "Behind the Curtain" Dressing Room & VIP area, and a Zen Room that includes a heated massage table & zero gravity Shiatsu Massage chair!
This home is secluded, yet accessible to local restaurants, shops, and nightlife!

What to Expect
At The Lovers' Lair, our goal is to exceed your already high expectations when it comes to making this feel more “Red Room 2.0” and less “Ted with a Shed”. Because of our strict cleaning protocols, you and your partner will feel safe to explore! From kinky furniture commonly found in #booktok spicy novels with a wide assortment of restraints, cuffs, floggers, and crops, to the Strip Club with its sexy vibe made for anyone wanting to show off to their partner a little, and to the Zen Room which allows you to relax and give your partner a romantic rub-down.
Accessories such as vibrators, dildos, plugs, personal lubricants are not provided. Please be sure to pack these items! We do provide toy cleaner. Bring your own massage oils and lotions.

Above all other rules, we want you to have fun and enjoy the experiences! Please have open communication with your consenting partner before arriving, including a hard-stop "Safe Word". We encourage you to "rehearse" with our restraints and Kink Furniture prior to "sexy time". It's more fun when you know what you're doing! We have a minimum 21 year-old age limit for all occupants and visitors of the Lair...We love our furry friends, but no pets are allowed. Please, no open flames inside and smoking/vaping is only allowed outside. This vacation rental is designed for a maximum number of 4 guests at all times, including visitors. Under no circumstances are children or anyone under the age of 21 allowed in the house. Please clean up after your intimate time. Towels and wipes are provided. Do not flush wipes. Use trash receptacles provided.
